Wrongful Termination Lawsuit

The former director of the Long Beach Museum of Art, fired in November after 17 years on the job, has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against the museum. The suit, filed last Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, includes claims for age discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and defamation and seeks actual and punitive damages.
